Both my bags arrived fairly quickly 11 days after ordering them, the bags were of great quality leather and both colours exactly as I expected. however, both bags arrived with the leather tassel key chain on them after I specifically ordered the pom poms for both also one bag arrived with no patterned strap and the other bag arrived with the wrong patterned strap, both bags had their leather straps with them. I immediately contacted customer services and the next day had a reply from a lady called Saira who asked me to sate the 2 straps by name as described on their website which should have been sent and she would have them sent out but apologised for the key chains and said they no longer did the pom pom key chains and I accepted that. within 3/4 days of advising the strap names that should have been sent I received an email from Evri stating they had my package then no communicatioin for a week so I contacted Saira as Evri's website advised. within 3 days of contacting Saira about Evri no longer communicating I had the straps. Noir & Blanc sent my first choice of strap for one bag but the 2nd choice for the other bag, which on hind sight is a little dark so I have contacted Saira to see if I can purchase the lighter strap only without a bag when its back in stock and awaiting reply. Thank you Saira for all your help and would definitely purchase from this company again as their customer service are great if you do have a problem.

Good quality purse. I like having two straps to change the look of the purse. I would like it to be just a little bit bigger. It’s hard to get the essentials in and out of the purse.

You show the white color but don’t sell it!!!

It’s nice leather but I wish it was a few inches larger and had an interior key fob

I love this bag! It's cute, practical and easy to wear. The only thing I'd say is one of the zippers sticks which is annoying but still love it.
