Shipping policy

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday. Please note, orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  • Free Standard Shipping for all orders (8-15 Business Days)

Estimated Delivery Time: 8-15 business days after processing. Please note, this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control. 

  • Handling time: 0-3 business days
  • Transit time: 8-12 business days

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    ORDER CONFIRMATION
    As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail to confirm receipt. We will ship your order out within 1 business day after receiving it and we will then email you your shipment tracking number so you can easily keep a close eye on when your new item(s) will be with you.

    RETURNS
    We offer fast and easy returns on all orders within 30 days of order placement. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us at hello@noirblancnyc.com to initiate a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


    EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@noirblancnyc.com and we will provide further instructions.

    RETURN SHIPPING
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
